Populating terrain with building as trees causes them to clip,How to mass plant buildings as trees in a terrain?

Hi. I am trying to populate a terrain with some buildings, and i find somewhat difficult to write a script to do it. I used the tree option with my meshes, creating the LODs and changin their shader to Nature. It works all fine except for at populating, lots of buildings generate inside others. I tried using colliders but nothing happened. I dont really need them to cause collision as the plawyer wont be able to go there, the terrain will only be a landscape. The worst part is when trying to bake lightning, all the meshes inside the others will turn pitch black, so I really need to fix this. Thanks in advance and sorry for bad english!
