I just painted some trees using Unity 5.1.2f1 terrain system and want to disable the shadows cast from the trees.
The tree prefabs have cast shadows set to off, the terrain settings have Cast shadows to off as well; however the shadows are still cast.
Is this a bug or tress painted with the terrain system always cast shadows no matter what?
